Insurance

We and in-network and accept the following insurance for clinical evaluations:

-Wellmark/Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)

-Sanford Health Plan

-Avera Health Plan (except Avera HMO/Direct plans)

We do not take Medicare plans for BCBS, Sanford, or Avera

-We work with you to provide you with a cost estimate of services up front.

-If we are not paneled with your insurance, we offer a Superbill at the end of services that you may submit to your insurance. In that case, you can choose to contact your insurance ahead of time and ask about "out of network coverage" for the evaluation, how you can submit a claim with a receipt/superbill, and how much you would be reimbursed. Out of pocket clinical evaluations may cost between $2,000-$3,000 for Mental Health only and $2,500-$5,500 for Neuropsychology. Dr. Emily's NPI# is 1902203490.
