Insurance

We accept insurance for clinical evaluations. Currently, we are in-network with:

-Sanford Health Plan

-Avera Health Plans

-Wellmark/Blue Cross Blue Shield

-traditional Medicare

-Medicare Advantage (direct) plans through Sanford, Avera, and Wellmark

Some Medicare Advantage PPO plans may be accepted depending on the specific plan (call for inquiry). Medicare Advantage HMO plans are not accepted.

-We work with you to provide you with a cost estimate of services up front.

-If we are not paneled with your insurance at this time, we offer a Superbill at the end of services that you may submit to your insurance (except we cannot for the other Medicare Advantage Plans). In that case, you can choose to contact your insurance ahead of time and ask about "out of network coverage" for the evaluation, how you can submit a claim with a receipt/superbill, and how much you would pay.
