Alzheimer's & Related Dementia Services

Whether you’re thinking ahead or have started to notice changes, early evaluation can provide clarity and direction. Our approach focuses on identifying risk, establishing a baseline, and intervening early when it matters most.

There are two pathways to evaluation:

1

Proactive Brain Health & Alzheimer's Risk Assessment

If you’re not experiencing cognitive changes but want to be proactive, this pathway focuses on understanding your individual risk profile and establishing a baseline for future comparison. This evaluation typically includes:

  • A comprehensive clinical interview (medical history, lifestyle, family history, risk factors, and more)

  • Targeted cognitive testing to establish baseline functioning and measure risks

  • Review of modifiable risk factors

  • Personalized recommendations to reduce risk and support long-term brain health

  • We can review your results together and work on them over one or a few sessions

2

Cognitive Concerns & Early Detection

If you’ve begun to notice changes—such as memory lapses or word-finding difficulty—this pathway is designed to help identify what’s happening. This evaluation typically includes:

  • A detailed clinical interview to understand symptom onset and progression

  • Comprehensive neuropsychological testing to assess memory, attention, language, and other cognitive functions

  • Differential diagnosis to distinguish between normal aging, early neurocognitive conditions, medical issues, and other causes

  • Clear, actionable recommendations for treatment, risk reduction, and next steps

  • We can review your results together over one or a few sessions

  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn
