At Epiphany, we understand that it can be challenging to navigate the world of brain care, and we strive to make the experience as easy, stress-free, and affordable as possible.

About The Doctor

Emily Blegen, Psy.D., ABN

Cognitive problems and brain injury can stem from so many factors, and people do not deserve to be left in the dark about how to improve their situation. People don't deserve to struggle with their mental health. People don't deserve to get dementia.

A lot of people end up getting dementia or have a faster cognitive decline because they don't have the right knowledge at the right time, and don't get the support to fight it.

I am proud to be a board-certified neuropsychologist in Eastern South Dakota. After over a decade of clinical practice, I founded Epiphany in 2024 to bring everything I learned about brain health and dementia to one place, with a focus on sharing that knowledge to help others understand what is involved in brain health and to provide a comfortable, convenient program to practice brain health. My mission is to help people prevent and reduce the devastating effects of neurocognitive conditions including avoidable, unnecessary struggles with and acceleration of mental decline.
